PRICES
All prices in the online store of VIANOR (TIREMAN OÜ) have been presented in Euros and include VAT. TIREMAN OÜ shall reserve the right to change the prices shown in the online store at any time. If the prices were changed after the customer submitted the order and paid for it, Tireman OÜ must deliver the respective goods to the customer at the prices valid at the time of the order. The customer shall have no right to demand the compensation of the price difference. Tireman OÜ shall not take responsibility for orders submitted with obviously wrong prices for technical reasons.
BUYING PROCESS
It is simple to buy from VIANOR’s online store! Select the goods you want and add them to your cart. Click on the button “Cart”. Fill in the fields necessary for ordering and click “Buy”. In the cart, you can change the amount of goods ordered or remove products. After order confirmation you will be guided to payment. You can pay conveniently using Internet banking services.
After making the payment click on the button “Return to merchant”. If the money was removed from your account, but you did not press the button “Return to merchant”, the confirmation of the payment may take up to 5 working days.
After performing the payment (money is received on the bank account of Tireman OÜ), the goods will be delivered by a courier within 2–4 working days. All shipments are insured until the moment they are handed over to the customer. Ordered goods are handed over only to the customer specified in the order based on an identification document against a signature. The goods are handed over to third persons only upon a written agreement with Tireman OÜ.
Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer undertakes to immediately check the quantity of goods and compliance with the order and sign a consignment note. If, upon receipt of the goods, the Customer notices that the goods do not correspond to the order, the data indicated on the consignment note or the product has significant injuries, the Customer has the right to refuse to accept the goods. Tireman OÜ asks you to immediately notify VIANOR's online store's customer service sales@tireman.ee in case of injury.
AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY TIME OF THE GOODS
Usually the goods displayed in the online store of VIANOR are in stock. The goods in stock will be delivered within 2–4 working days after the invoice for the customer’s order has been paid (money is received on the bank account of Tireman OÜ). If the ordered goods are not available after submitting the order or delays in delivery time can be foreseen, we will contact you within one working day. The images displayed in the online store are only illustrations, product descriptions may not be exhaustive and may contain unintended mistakes.
Orders from VIANOR online store are processed on weekdays from 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are taken into service on the following working day. This also applies to the "I'll pick it up myself" mode of delivery.
RETURN OF GOODS
The customer has the right to return the goods bought from VIANOR’s online store within 14 days starting from the moment the goods were delivered or handed over to the customer. To return the product, a notification of withdrawal must be sent to the e-mail sales@tireman.ee. Upon returning the product, the money shall be returned to the customer immediately, but not later than within 14 days after the product was returned. Money shall be returned to the same bank account from which the payment to Tireman OÜ was made.
When the goods are returned, the customer must incur costs related to the return of the goods. If the goods ordered by the customer do not correspond to the order or goods shown in the online store, we shall replace the product for the correct one for free or allow the customer to change the product for a new equivalent one.
NB! The goods returned to Tireman OÜ by the customer must be unused (it is not allowed to drive with the tires and it is not allowed to mount and unmount the tires on wheels).
PERSONAL DATA AND THEIR USE
Personal data shall be processed by Tireman OÜ, Peterburi tee 58b, Tallinn. The customer’s personal data that is necessary for delivering the goods to the customer of VIANOR’s online store shall be forwarded to a company providing delivery services. Personal data is protected by all security means stipulated by the law. Tireman OÜ obliges not to forward registered personal data to other persons. The customer has the right to check his/her personal data, to amend them or to request the removal of their personal data from the register. The customer of VIANOR’s online store gives Tireman OÜ the right to send order confirmations to the e-mail address given upon submitting the order.
